Atlantic Partnership in RBCA Implementation
Atlantic PIRI is the group of people who develop and initiate implementation of Atlantic RBCA
The Atlantic PIRI committee has a mandate to establish risk-based corrective action (RBCA or "Rebecca") as the approach used to manage contaminated properties in Atlantic Canada.
The Atlantic PIRI has adapted the RBCA process developed in the United States for conditions in Atlantic Canada.
