Note from the Atlantic Regulators:

The Atlantic Regulatory agencies have authorized the release of the software at this time in order that users can become familiar with the software prior to it the Atlantic RBCA v.2 process becoming required for all risk evaluations.

The Atlantic RBCA User Guidance for the version 2.0 process (including revised Tier 1 Look-up Tables) will be released prior to any risk evaluations using the version 2 process being accepted by Regulators in the Atlantic Provinces.
